At 20/20 Entertainment DJ Services, We have taken our clients input and have come up what we feel are packages that offer a mixture of Quality and Value to our clients. We have simplified the options so that you don't to worry about a thing.
The old saying that "you get what you pay for" might be true most of the time, but at 20/20 Entertainment you'll always get more!
Before we begin, here is what you need to know that makes our packages the BEST in Newfoundland!
Below are the following features common to ALL of our packages. Refer to individual packages for extra features.
Please note that the new 2010 packages are up and although there are some changes, all of the features listed right below will still be available to our clients who sign onto the new packages.

If a DJ claims that there is no need to be licensed or insured......please consider dealing with someone else who does carry full public liability. There are some great options out there for you that will be fully licensed and Insured to choose from. You can never put a price on "Piece of Mind."

This Package is those who are looking to have a simpler reception to celebrate their union together as one.
Diamond Wedding Experience
- Dance up till 2 AM - Can go to 5 AM (extra fee applies)
- Dinner Music along with mic & system usage for speeches
- Your Choice of Projector/Screen Rental or an 8th hour of service or both at a HUGE Discount from our regular charges! - Just this option alone will save you $$$ over just getting the "Gold" Package with one of these 2 Add-ons!
- Advanced Light Show
- Up to 7 Hours
Up to 7 hours of service to start with the guests seated down for dinner until the end of the party (Extra time above 7 hours can be negotiated)
Ultimate Wedding Experience
- Ceremony Music including mic for the Wedding official
- Dinner Music along with Mic & system usage for speeches

- Complimentary Projector & Screen Rental

- Extra charge for 2nd system set up if Ceremony is taking place at another location or room.
This package covers everything. From the time your guests arrive, are seated to watch the bride and groom give their vows to each other right until the final song of the evening is played, 20/20 Entertainment DJ Services will be with you every step of your big day. And if that wasn't enough, we'll provide a projector, 113" screen and our laptop with an extra copy of your slideshow as extra redundancy should things not work out between your laptop and our projector.

The 20/20 Casual Wedding Experience (NEW)
*Available for dates being booked from November - April
At 20/20 Entertainment DJ Services, we are constantly listening to what our clients have to say and we have brought in a completely new and exciting package option system that is the most flexible around. This new "Casual Wedding Experience" is a direct result of all of the feedback we have received. This package has been built around clients who have chosen to get married away and still want to have a reception to celebrate their marriage. This style of reception tends to be less formal than the typical reception.

The "FAME" Wedding Experience
*This concept has now been expanded to a seperate company called 20/20 Design In Colour - Newfoundland's Uplighting & Design Experts) Now taking bookings for Summer of 2010 and 2011 dates.
We are still working out the details of this package but it is so huge that it will be rolled out in 2 phases. lol Seriously this is completely new and unique option for soon to be wed couples to choose from. I can't give you all the details right now but let's just say that this package that we're cooking up will be the most fabulous package that you can get east of Montreal.
We believe that there are couples out there who want the best and we are ready and able to deliver to them "THE BEST". This package will be so extravagant that we might just offer them a "No Upstaging" clause that we will not sign up 5 of their friends to this package for 3 years after the wedding date. Think of it as like A "FAB 5" clause just with a twist :)
Details will come soon. We have been showing clients what we are going to offer and needless to say they are speechless.
Please note that if you are interested in this package and the first question you ask me is...."how much does it cost?" then chances are this isn't the package that is right for you. We have some great options for those who are on a budget yet want a great DJ Entertainment Service Provider. Please consider one of those options.

Please note that some venues do require that every DJ or band to carry musician's or Entertainer's Insurance before they will allow any gear to be brought onto their premises. If the DJ Company cannot provide proof of said insurance, then they will be NOT allowed to perform. In other words, you are stuck back at square 1 without any DJ. Be warned that many DJs here in the St. John's area will tell you there is no need of insurance. They will say that the venue takes care of all matters regarding liability coverage. Either they are misinformed or purposely giving you an answer to just get your money without taking the proper steps to be considered Professional...Doctors, Lawyers - even Cab Drivers all have to have special insurance so they can do business - So should your Disc Jockey....DON'T TAKE CHANCES ON YOUR BIG DAY!!!

Benefits of a 20/20 Entertainment Quote
All quote issued by 20/20 Entertainment will be honored for 2 weeks from date they are issued.
Once conditions have been met to secure a booking, the price is locked in on the booking. We WILL NOT increase the final price of the booking unless it is in conjunction with an agreed upon upgrade of the service package between 20/20 Entertainment and the Client.
FIRST PAY - FIRST PLAY - in the event that 2 individuals wishing to avail of our services want to book for the same exact date and time, and we are only able to take on one client, the booking will be given to whomever submits their required deposit for that date in question.
Question - Why does 20/20 not publish their prices on the web site when most other DJ companies in Newfoundland do?
Many people are looking for the best price on DJ Services. Often times they have a pen and a piece of paper writing down names and price quotes. However, a price reveals very little information about the DJ Service in question. At 20/20 Entertainment DJ Services, we are not in the business of taking on every client but instead we would rather take on those who are serious about their entertainment and who appreciate all the extras that we provide to our clients that no one else does
Please note that if price is your only concern, we would rather not deal with you. We are here for those who want more and expect more than a guy who's presentation is simply 2 speakers, and a laptop.
So for those who are looking for more than just the "industry standard" when it comes to their DJ Entertainment, just a phone call or an email to us will reveal much more than a published quote ever will.

Attention Wedding Clients!
If you're having a full formal reception with a sit down dinner, please consider providing a meal to the venders, including Photographers, Videoographers and the Disc Jockey. In most cases, the kitchen will not automaticially provide the venders a meal unless requested by the client.
Providing a meal is a way of letting the vender know that you appreciate their time and effort in creating the perfect day for you. It might seem like alot to ask of you, but in the grand scheme of things, the cost of a handfull of meals will be paid back multiple times by superior service.
When a client has the consideration to providing meals, it says to the vendor that they are more than just the "hired help." In fact in my own experience, when clients had shown such courtesy in the past, we went far beyond what was required in the service agreement.
Remember a fed DJ is a Happy DJ!!!
Also it's the polite thing to do!
